Project & Site Manager

APCO Technologies specializes in designing and manufacturing high quality mechanical and electromechanical equipment for space, energy and industry applications.

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Newport News, Virginia.

Activity: Advanced manufacturing, welding, maritime industrial base

Key Responsabilities:

  • Establish facilities and processes required to launch operations in the facility
  • Oversee daily manufacturing and training operations to ensure efficient processes
  • Develop and implement production schedules
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to meet deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards

What you bring:

  • 5 years’ experience in maritime and defense manufacturing industry in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing with advanced technologies and welding in maritime industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with maritime regulations and industry standards
  • Bachelor degree or similar level of experience
