Job Type: Full-Time

Activity: Industry, heavy machinery, automation. Technical assistance, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Your mission:

• In cooperation with the site manager, coordinate on-site activities including erection, commissioning, testing and maintenance of polar cranes designed and manufactured by APCO Technologies.

• Coordination of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure safety, efficiency and quality.

• Contact and report every day with our client to show progress and address technical topics in meetings

• Make sure project management instructions are followed, compliance with budget and proceed with a regular internal reporting covering all site issues

• Supervise subcontractors

• Maintain regular contact with technical support team located at the head office to receive support and provide updates.

• An induction period of 6 months will take place at the company’s headquarters in Aigle Switzerland prior to start work on site at Hinkley Point.

What you bring:

• 10 years’ experience in machinery industry and on-site activities.
• Mechanics / Electromechanics degree or engineering degree.
• Ability to read technical drawings (mechanical / electrical).
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fast-thinking and know how to adapt quickly to any situation.
• Attention to safety, detail and quality.
• Valid driver’s license
• HSE certifications is an advantage.
